Check your contract status and expiry

On the Japanese page, you can check your current contract status and expiry date with your user code. We send a notice to your registered email address 7 days before your expiry date. Even after it has expired, you can renew with the same user code.

If you forgot your user code

On the Japanese page, enter your registered email address under “Forgot your user code” (ユーザーコードを忘れた方). If your registration is confirmed, we send your user code to that address.
