For questions, consultations or reports of problems, please use the contact form on the Japanese page. Forms are in Japanese. We reply in Japanese. It helps if you tell us the message that was shown, when it happened and what you did just before.

• Inquiry types on the form: use and sign-in (ご利用・ログイン), applications and payment (お申込み・お支払い), switching to a new user code (新しいユーザーコードへの切り替え), reading content (鑑定の内容), security and bug reports (セキュリティ・不具合の報告), other (そのほか)
• For security issues, choose “セキュリティ・不具合の報告” (security and bug reports).
• Please do not include your user code or anyone’s date of birth in an inquiry. We will ask for personal information when it is needed.
