| Withdrawal of application and cancellation of contract | Before the bank transfer: if 7 days pass without a bank transfer, the application is cancelled. There is no cost. If you decide not to proceed with the application, you do not need to let us know. After the bank transfer but before the “I have transferred” (振り込みました) step: if you stop for your own reasons, please let us know through the inquiry form or at info@luminas-compass.com. We will refund the amount minus the bank transfer charge (the operator will ask you by email for the bank account for the refund). After the “I have transferred” (振り込みました) step (after use has started): due to the nature of the service, fees already paid cannot be refunded if you stop for your own reasons. The same applies to the annual plan: if you stop partway for your own reasons, we do not give a pro-rated refund for the remaining period. This does not apply where the operator could not provide the service for reasons on the operator’s side, or where laws and regulations provide otherwise.
