Types of application

Trial (10 days free)

After you apply, a confirmation email is sent to your registered address. When you open the confirmation link, you immediately receive the trial start email (with your user code, expiry date and how to start), and you can use the app for 10 days from then. There is a daily usage limit.

Start (30 days 3,000 yen, tax included)

After you apply, we send the bank transfer details to your registered address. Payment is in advance by bank transfer within 7 days of the date of that email, and the transfer fee is yours to pay. After your transfer, open the “I have transferred” (振り込みました) link in the email and press the button on the confirmation screen. You then receive the start email (with your user code, expiry date and how to start), and you can use the app for 30 days from then.

Renewal (30 days 3,000 yen, tax included)

The same steps with your current user code. Your expiry date is extended by 30 days from the current one. If your contract has already expired, it runs for 30 days from the time of the procedure.

Cancellation and refunds

Before your transfer, simply leave the application and it is cancelled. After your transfer but before “I have transferred”, we refund the fee minus the transfer charge. After “I have transferred” (once use starts), fees are not refunded for your own reasons (see the Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions).

The annual plan and the chart calculator are in preparation. The web app (chart calculator) is available in Japanese only.

Before you apply

• You agree to the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the non-disclosure agreement (秘密保持契約). The full text of the non-disclosure agreement is sent by email after you apply.
• People 13 or older may apply. Anyone under 18 needs a parent’s or guardian’s consent before applying. Use through Claude is limited to people 18 or older (or the higher minimum age in your location) under Anthropic’s terms.
